The team arrived on time and went over the area to be cleaned. Both Robert and Q were very professional and the carpet came out clean. Nice job!
Hired this company to do move-out cleaning and specifically asked employees to stay off black granite tiled floor because it was just hand cleaned. Had inspection next day and the entire floor was wet and dirty. Including areas there was no reason to walk on or near. Immediately called them to ask what happened and they apologized and explained employees got locked out and couldn't go back to clean mess they made. Easily they could've called me or asked security to let them back in. But they just left a mess and drove away and never even tried to contact me. Company said they would give discount on future cleaning. This is completely unacceptable as I had to hire a service to go back and re-clean flooring. I asked for $35 discount, the cost for cleaning service to fix this, and for them to provide acceptable customer satisfaction but they refused. Again they said they would retrain employees and give discount next time. They could've even just returned the $20 tip I included with payment before cleaning, but nope. Unsatisfied and unsatisfactory. If you use this company NEVER leave them alone in your home, and don't ever pre-pay them either.
The experience was great. Technicians on time and gave a good explanation of the process, very nice people. The floor came out looking fantastic! I will have them back again!

They are amazing! Im moving in to this new place ans wanted the carpet to be cleaned before we move in. I saw the ad from ig, and was lazy to search the other place so i just booked with them and i realized i made a perfect choice. They response very quick and so kind. I made another appointment with them for carpet cleaning for the place we’re moving out. Awesome!
Jake & Boston we’re so helpful and friendly. They just didn’t do the work, they educated me about the advantages of their services. Like their process that they are not using my own water and the same way they didn’t leave the dirty water. I would definitely ask them to come back for their service and be educated with what’s new in the field of carpet cleaning. Thanks Jake & Boston!!!

Extremely easy to book and very responsive to questions and straight forward. Robert, Boston and Jake were here on time. They explained the process and were quick to get the job done within one hour (one room). There were Deep stains on the carpet and they did a quality check with me and went over the area twice for me when I asked if a couple spots could be rechecked. Friendly and really lovely! Love that they are eco friendly and leave no residue or smell behind. Will recommend 100%

I had the most amazing duo of Boston and Robert today! They were extremely professional and met me prior to my appointment for a move out carpet cleaning. They texted me that they were on their way and even explained to me the entire process and the environmental impact that other cleaners have on carpet and maintenance. I took a leap and booked with Zerorez after not researching anything - but I am so THRILLED and GRATEFUL to have. This was my first time using Zerorez and they did a fabulous job! I now realize that I should’ve taken a before and after photos. They cleaned my extra large microfiber sectional and now it looks brand new again. I have two dogs and two teenagers in my house so cleanliness is a constant battle. They also cleaned an area rug and it looks brand new as well. I could be happier with their friendly service and thorough technicians!

Our dog was sick and left a bunch of little spots all over our carpet. We also had normal dirty high traffic areas that needed to be cleaned. These guys did a fantastic job. They came when they said they would and immediately got to work. They took extra care to make sure the walls were protected from the cleaning hose. The carpet looks fantastic, all the doggy accident spots are gone and the high traffic areas match the rest of the carpet. I’m very pleased and excited to have beautiful, clean carpets again!
