Hired this company to do move-out cleaning and specifically asked employees to stay off black granite tiled floor because it was just hand cleaned. Had inspection next day and the entire floor was wet and dirty. Including areas there was no reason to walk on or near. Immediately called them to ask what happened and they apologized and explained employees got locked out and couldn't go back to clean mess they made. Easily they could've called me or asked security to let them back in. But they just left a mess and drove away and never even tried to contact me. Company said they would give discount on future cleaning. This is completely unacceptable as I had to hire a service to go back and re-clean flooring. I asked for $35 discount, the cost for cleaning service to fix this, and for them to provide acceptable customer satisfaction but they refused. Again they said they would retrain employees and give discount next time. They could've even just returned the $20 tip I included with payment before cleaning, but nope. Unsatisfied and unsatisfactory. If you use this company NEVER leave them alone in your home, and don't ever pre-pay them either.

They are amazing! Im moving in to this new place ans wanted the carpet to be cleaned before we move in. Jake & Boston we’re so helpful and friendly. They just didn’t do the work, they educated me about the advantages of their services. Like their process that they are not using my own water and the same way they didn’t leave the dirty water.
